1 /5 Stacy Morrow: They steal your money. They charge you for things you don’t know you’re being charged for. And any attempts at transferring money to an external account take 5 to 7 days. Never use these people. I tried to cancel my account and they charged me $10 to mail check to me for $50. They are charlatans.

1 /5 Josh Hilberry: Wish I could give 0 stars.. horrible bank to bank with.. they continuously will charge over draft fees even though They took me off courtesy pay without my permission but still charge me overdraft fees.. will be closing this account.. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! They are in it to steal your money and screw you over.. worst experience with a bank I have ever experienced... not to mention they are beyond rude when you dont agree with them stealing your money.

1 /5 Dory Carlin: Been banking here 30 years.Unfortunately they are stuck in the 90’s. I waited 6 days for a personal loan approval. I was told all the excuses. They are really busy, lost my ONLINE application ect, ect. I applied online at another lender at 9:45am and had the money in my account by 2pm THE SAME DAY @ a way better rate. Some great people work there who go out of their way to help the customer. But the loan dept? IDK. Not impressed.

1 /5 Heidi McDonald: Been banking here for many years. Acct was over drawn for a wk and my debit card, that I pay an annual fee for, was taken without notice. Never happened before. But since I had a disagreement about it with Melissa, she decided to take my debit card for 6months over an ego trip. Instead of being a bank teller, she wanted to pretend to be my mother. Never had any issues banking here before. Will be switching banks. Do not recommend banking here, especially if you want to make your own choices

1 /5 Destiney Short: Had the worst summer of my life because this bank charges $30 fee any time you don’t have money in your account and attempt a transaction without covering the amount for the transaction… so not only are you paying them $30 but the transaction itself on top of it every time it tries to go through. Paid them $90 I don’t have this week for a pending transaction that keeps trying to go through. Absurd. Worst bank ever. Can’t wait to close my account. Horrible experience.
