5 /5 D H: This is a great place to bank. Its a credit union, and they often know you by name. They recently changed name from NFO Irvine to Kinzua federal credit union. With this came a new website and online banking system that seems to work quite a bit better than the old system.

5 /5 Matt Genung: The girls in the office were super friendly and very helpful with the loan for my truck. I felt like they were trying to help me buy the truck instead of trying to sell me a loan.

4 /5 Kristine Csicsek: Usually the staff is very friendly and helpful. I say usually because I have had a few incidents of concern. The staff members were inconsiderate of my needs and were very unprofessional. However, it seems that the professionalism has improved over the last 6 months. I dont know the new location, but the old one was clean and comfortable (a little warm in the summer due to abundant sunshine streaming through windows, which was nice to view, it just made the office a little warm for the staff.) I am looking forward to seeing the new establishment. I am hoping this credit union will have an ATM available so that I dont have to keep paying fees to withdraw my money.

1 /5 Rod Twichi: I do not recommend this bank, been banking with them for 7 years and honestly it’s been nothing but frustration and issues time n time again. Currently in the parking lot going to close my account. I do recommend the mountain laurel credit union right in town.

5 /5 Rita Christine Vogts: The business is now Kinzua Federal Credit Union and they have great customer service, both in Tidioute and Warren. We live in Tidioute and have the benefit of most days and hours.
