1 /5 J MJR: I have no idea if this is a legit firm. Poor value, there is no performance return, all they do is act like a savings bank account but deduct amount in the form of various fee. The investment options they provide is poor. It seems more like they get our money and do their own investment and the customer gets no return. Plus their customer service runs like a family business - poorly trained unprofessional agents working from home and has no interest in providing you any information. They make you feel guilty for calling them and enquiring about your retirement investment. The pre-tax saving is not worth putting up with this seemingly con firm.

1 /5 Wolf Boy: I am not the type of person to go and give bad reviews. I generally think people who do are mean and have nothing better to do. I much prefer giving good reviews when i recieve good service. Ill fill out surveys online or even through the mail. BUT when a service is THIS bad i feel obligated to say something. I was in contact with these folks for months trying to get the proper information to gain access to my 401k. Months. I have countless replies from them repeating the same misinformation over AND over, riddled with grammatical errors and writing thats so lax that it bordered on laziness. They were completely unprofessional. Not only am i warning everyone out there who can read this but im also contacting my old company that used RiversEdge and letting them know how awful they are. Hopefully they stop using them. I strongly advise anyone who is looking to use this company to turn around and find another company immediately. I hate to be harsh but im serious.
