Melissa Davis I arrived at the office at 2:40 pm to be able to pay an occupancy application, and I needed the tax information, one of the ladies was very rude to me and did not want to assist me, she told another lady to help me. and she gave me the information in a hurry, they told me that the offices close on Fridays at 3pm, but on the entrance door and on the website it says that it closes at 4pm, I think they should better train people that provide customer service.

Beth S This company will drag their feet to hold onto your money as long as possible. When I tried to pull money for nursing home bills and after my mom passed away, Brian Daniels dragged his feet as long as possible. He did not return calls or emails because he knew I wanted to pull money out. Please save yourself the headache during hard times and use another company.
