1 /5 bethany bowen: The experience with Paul J Amoroso & Associates was horrible they gave us a quote for the service of married filing jointly. When they were finally ready for the taxes to be submitted weeks later the price went up over $100.00. This after multiple conversations our taxes were rejected for a digit in one of our social security numbers that was listed wrong and then rejected again for not entering one of our names correctly even though it was correct on the W-2. Then when I called to ask Mr. Amoroso to if he would rectify the situation he was extremely rude and unprofessional he stated none of these issues were their fault and he was not interested in providing any resolution. Again even though the information we provided was correct. I will never recommend this tax company. Also instead of the refund being directly deposited which the company was provided the banking information for and said that it would be deposited before we would receive a paper check. Again the company dropped the ball and didn’t file them to be directly deposited. The paper check still hasn’t been cut from the government. At every turn Paul Amoroso & Associates have dropped the ball. Don’t ever use their services if you’re looking for anyone to do your taxes! They are extremely disappointing and the man who runs the company is extremely rude and unprofessional!!

5 /5 Shannon Lacey: Had a tax form I had questions on and Brian answered my call, helped me as best he could over the phone, as they are booked for a week or so and my issue was time sensitive. Glad I called this office! Would recommend on my interaction with Brian here, alone! Great asset to this company!
