Eries auto insurance (with increased coverage) was a little cheaper than online quotes, and Erie homeowners was significantly cheaper. Overall, saved a little over $1600/year with Erie. And Larry (agent) was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, making the transfer process painless. Highly recommend checking them out.

Following my recent purchase of a new vehicle, I received a call from another customer service agent informing me that my fixed rates have more than doubled. Although the agent was kind, she offered only an ambiguous explanation as to why such an increase and was even more vague as to a means to reduce my premium. Before opting to check into other insurance companies for a better bargain, I decided to call my original agent, Susan Buza. I sent a text to Mrs. Buza mid evening, providing her with just a brief depiction of my dilemma and asked if she could call me at her convenience. Mrs. Buza called me within minutes of my text. She spent 35 minutes on the phone with me well after normal business hours discussing a plethora of options for me to consider. When we were finished with our discussion, I realized a savings of 35% on the cost of my premium. It was because of Mrs. Buza’s knowledge, experience and positive energy that my excitement for my purchasing a new vehicle was rejuvenated. Susan Buza is excellent in customer service and an asset to her company.
