Upon entering the office my husband and I were warmly, sincerely greeted by the front desk executive who ensured we were comfortable while waiting to meet with our financial advisor. The entire process of meeting with our financial advisor John Coleman was very comfortable and I would highly recommend him and his assistant Lisa to anyone for financial management and investment planning. Miranda Ann I usually go to the branches in Waynesburg and Carmichaels but we were in the area and I needed to stop in and from the previous reviews I was a bit worried but I wanted to share that I had amazing service working with Kadie. She was able to fix my issue quickily and when I had further questions she was able to help or call someone who could give us more information. The other tellers also seemed very nice. I wouldnt shy away from working with this bank.

This was our third move and the prior two times faced issues with lack of attention, false promises, and overall poor performance. Gayle Thomas and Princeton Financial completely reversed that trend. They provided a fantastic rate, locked it in, and overall provided a responsive level of service. There was a level of care that was not present in the prior purchases. We felt like more than just a number to them and, importantly, the level of care did not drop off after we had committed to them. Even well after the closing we had a question on the mortgage and Gayle was again very responsive. I strongly recommend Gayle and her team.
