Belco Community Credit Union - Lebanon (PA)

2 /5 Joshua Wright: I have banked with Belco for several years and I was always happy with their service and locations - until I moved to Lebanon. This branch is located in the middle of nowhere IN A HOUSE. It is the most unusual branch, hard to find, impossible to get to, and no drive through. The inside is cramped and dated - because its the inside of a house. Please build a proper brand in a better location! It seems as though they took a foreclosed home and made it a branch to save money. Very disappointing and frustrating. Dont get me wrong - the service is still good and similar to what you receive at the other locations. They need to build a PROPER branch along a major route (422/72) in a central location.

1 /5 T-wow Henry: I was lied to over and over by this branch. The branch manager promised me I would get approved again for another RV loan after my first RV got totaled within a month. I said Ive switched jobs will that be a problem, they told me no long as I can varify my income and they had my boss type a letter stating that. When it came time to get me another loan they flat out denied me because of switching jobs. Ill never ever give them my business again because I prefer night to be lied to right to my face. The branch manager is a flat out liar.

1 /5 Larry Ulrich: Overall terrible hours and no time to deposit money to avoid overdraft fees. One guy was a jerk to me the one time i called, but the tellers are super friendly. Other than that it would be an ok bank.

5 /5 Jess Walmer: The staff at this branch is amazing. They all know us by name and are always so pleasant. Belco in general has helped us so much over the years. I would recommend them to anyone.
