1 /5 Valentine Santarlas: As a full time student, the only money I have to live is whatever I take out on loans, and we are instructed to only take the minimum necessary. Well, because of HUB international, I have been unable to submit a 2 thousand dollar refund request for health insurance because they did not provide a detailed receipt of my payment to them. Simple request, I have emailed bi-weekly for the last 4 months, and left voice messages every week for the last month. Complete silence. So nice when suddenly you have no money to pay rent because, well, people cant seem to do their job. The most baffling thing is, after chasing them for 4 months, I get an email this week with my bill for the next semester. So now I am supposed to pay another 2k that I dont have BECAUSE OF THEM. Pathetic. And to Carrie Jaco who is supposed to be the point of contact for my school: you are truly terrible at your job.
