5 /5 wellma66: My experience was amazing I knew exactly what I was getting into. they talked to me about everything I was doing. Offered me the stuff they had to offer and I walked out knowing exactly where I would be. Also the staff was super friendly and made me feel great while I was there.

5 /5 Jim Cole: Weve been dealing here for 34 years and cant think of a very long period of time where we did not have a loan through them. The only complaint I have is the high interest rate, of course. But I always have a great experience and very good customer service.

5 /5 david knapp: Have never had an issue always been there when I needed even with my less then perfect credit they were able to help. Can’t thank them enough or how they handled everything. Even when I was in a bind and 400 miles away they were able to come threw for me and refinance my loan .

5 /5 The Local Guide: One Main Financial in New Castle has been fantastic for me. They have helped me with a loan when no one else would. I highly recommend them if you need a loan fast. Of course they primarily deal with subprime credit scores so the interest rates are going to be higher, but this is to be expected.

1 /5 Timothy Bundy: Don’t know about the staff, but there’s one person who is VERY unprofessional. Whoever “Rob” is needs FIRED ASAP! His tone and hanging up in middle of a conversation is VERY disrespectful. Calling someone’s work place asking about their whereabouts is unprofessional. Next time be professional and call the actual persons phone to leave a message.. not the job. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A LOAN FROM THIS PLACE IF HE IS WORKING!!
