2 /5 Pritam Khatiwoda: I’ve went twice the first time the dude at the counter was nice and helped but the next time I went it seems as though what the lady can do is very limited. I suggest everyone to wait for the dude tbh even if she’s free it’s def not worth it. If it wasn’t for the the dude this would be one star. The low reviews seem more reasonable now.
1 /5 Susan Mayer: Wish I could give this branch location a negative number rating. Worst experience with customer service I have ever encountered. We are traveling from Florida and was on our way out of town to go back home. Stopped at their ATM on Saturday morning for the CONVENIENCE and received a bill from ATM that was torn in half. Luckily the bank was open so we ran in to get a replacement. Teller told us her manager was the only one who could address this issue; however her manager was busy. We waited 30 minutes for them to correct THEIR error, and finally had to just leave to get back on the road. So we now have a useless ten dollar bill and the bank excuse “that is our policy” for our troubles. Guess it is not “ their policy” to ensure intact bills are dispensed from their ATM. Would never recommend this branch and would strongly deter others.
