1 /5 P W: Front associate, Al is very mean, troublesome, and miserable. He gives me a hard time every time I go into this place. He usually only has to scan the package and give me a receipt but he even makes that difficult.
1 /5 Shawna Smith: New delivery person is lazy and refuses to deliver my packages and keeps claiming that there is an obstruction to deliver. There is no obstruction. I shouldn’t have to pay to have packages sent to me that I have to end up going to pick up. If this situation is not rectified I will continue to take it higher and if I have to hire an attorney on it I will. Instruct your drivers that they are not to lie about deliveries. Maybe check in on them not delivering packages to certain homes they don’t want to deal with the driveways claiming that there are constant obstructions??
