It has been 6 months the IRS never received them said they were never sent in. He has completely stopped answering our phone calls, text messages, and emails. He surely had no problem taking our money for the “service” he provided.

1 /5 Sally Lloyd: Unfortunately, a co-worker recommended AWSG for our tax preparation. Thomas the alleged "tax professional" accidentally checked a box while preparing our taxes that authorized the IRS to completely deplete our entire savings! There is no excuse for this and the money spent for preparation should be refunded, it is the very least this establishment could do for us.
