1 /5 Jessica Izzett: This company says their disability policies help you through difficult times. They lie. They never approve you when you apply. You go through denials and end up financially strapped because you became disabled and cant work. I had to fight for my short term disability and long term disability.I Also had to hire a lawyer. It took more than a year to get my long term benefits. By that time we got the money that was owed to me We had suffered hardships. I got my social security disability before my long term disability.

Dave Wyckoff Kissling et al filed my 2018 federal tax return. In 2020, I received a letter from the IRS indicating that my 2018 was in error and I owed an additional $1900+ in taxes plus $139 in interest charge.
I had Kissling review my return and they admitted to their oversight on my return.
As a matter of good business practice, I expected Kissling to reimburse the $139 to me.
They did not.
