He took the time to talk to my son about his future and give him some great pointers On life. A lot of people don’t talk to teenagers but Fernando talked to him with respect and also gave my son a really great deal on the guitar. I just thought his customer service and overall kindness deserved to be mentioned. My brother was with us who is a long time musician. He thought there was a good selection of musical instruments, and the prices were very fair.

This is my most recent purchase - a heavy solid sterling silver Tiffany bangle bracelet (numbered limited edition) and I got it for about 1/5 of the original price if I had bought it new from Tiffanys. It has a few minor wear marks but nothing noticable. Within days of wearing it I got 3 offers from people who wanted to buy it right off my wrist for upwards of $750! Needless to say I didnt sell it! I do silversmithing work so I buy a lot of scrap silver and they have tons of it and dont mind a bit that I acid scratch test each piece. The only negative thing I somewhat agree with from other reviewers is that the staff can seem dismissive or downright rude. But this is just because they are so busy and all you have to do is be respectfully assertive. Decide what you want to see before you ask to see it, especially the fine jewelry. Ill select up to a dozen pieces of fine jewelry before I ask to see them and usually they are happy to negotiate prices and especially bundle items - I have gotten bundles of 7 or 8 sterling silver jewelry items, usually hallmarked designer (Tiffany, Lagos Caviar, Cartier, Samuel Benham) for less than half of the ticket price. My only caution is dont sell them anything you want back. It is not a pawn shop and you cant redeem items. But they do give you a fair price for what you sell. Since I buy job lots at auction to repurpose for my jewelry making I end up with things I cant use - like 10k gold rings with a lot of baguette diamonds - and I exclusively sell these to this shop. I get a good price, they fix the item up and sell for a reasonable price. I would be a bit lost without the services provided at this shop.

5 /5 Bryan DeFrancesco: Came in looking for a few oz of silver bars, gentleman brought out his tray of stock and had exactly what I was looking for. Picked up 3 1oz bars and a beautiful 1901 Morgan. Straightforward deal with fair pricing, I am highly appreciative. Thank you gents!

1 /5 mark krauss: Third time I’ve been here they were closed when they said they were open just parked four blocks away yes, high Street is busy there open first time I went and got good service. againThe past three times they were closed and wasting my time. I only gave them one star because I had no choice to give them negative stars.
