5 /5 Ashley Wagner: Shout out to my boy Art! I went to this branch to get a new debit card made. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Art was very pleasant and is the true definition of professionalism. 5/5 stars for Art! Highly recommend!

1 /5 Marissa Hart: The nerve of their bank tellers are worse don’t bank with them period. They overdraft your account and dont talk to you properly, they’ll over charge an over draft fees. Acting petty and childish is the way they go. To disrespect their customers, is not okay, steer clear from this bank

1 /5 Duncan Lin: My first and last time here. Was around the neighbor hood and decided I need to make a deposit but this was totally the wrong visit. I normally go to the bank at moon. All automated and there are a few representatives there but was very reluctant to help even thought I couldn’t make a deposit that was cash.

1 /5 Jana Madden: Waited 15 minutes to try and deposit a cashiers check. No actual tellers in the building. Plenty of people, but none who can act as a teller. Drive a little farther to a PNC with an actual teller.

1 /5 Jaclyn Gruzinski: Have not been to the Aliquippa branch in a long time, since we moved closer to the Beaver Branch, however, I have not been missing much. The customer service was literally atrocious! No one acknowledged our presence, just took my checks- then the one teller said to the other- can you do this, my machine is jammed.... so we just slid down to the other teller— still no one communicating. She handed me the receipt. Maybe they are mute? In addition, there just 2 other random people lounging at their desks. Seems like the team could use something to do? Maybe some customer service classes? Back to Beaver, good luck Quip!
