1 /5 Jaclyn Gruzinski: Have not been to the Aliquippa branch in a long time, since we moved closer to the Beaver Branch, however, I have not been missing much. The customer service was literally atrocious! No one acknowledged our presence, just took my checks- then the one teller said to the other- can you do this, my machine is jammed.... so we just slid down to the other teller— still no one communicating. She handed me the receipt. Maybe they are mute? In addition, there just 2 other random people lounging at their desks. Seems like the team could use something to do? Maybe some customer service classes? Back to Beaver, good luck Quip!
