1 /5 Marisa Sapar: Casey is rude as hell. Her job is literally to give you a breakdown of benefits yet she acts like you inconvenience her every time. I would give her a 0 if it was possible. Shes miserable every time you talk to her and if shes going to be in customer service she needs lessons apparently. Its literally her job to help and she just doesnt want to do it.

5 /5 Maria Plummer: Missy was very quick with what 2 Health Insurances would be my best option. She printed out the informative cost sheet so I could see side by side what was covered by each one. After I chose what I thought was best for me it was very quick to get signed up and be done with the Medical. She also helped me with Eye and Dental coverage the cards for that were printed right out there in the office for those 2 and I was done! Other staff was very nice and the office was clean.
