1 /5 tom moore: If I couldn’t leave any stars I wouldn’t. They’re that bad!! Don’t know how to answer the phone at all! The caseworker that she dealt with wanted to argue because they messed up our insurance over 1 good check! Lied and said they used to annual amount in 4 checks but used that one time big check to finalize messing with our insurance. Also, ALSO, when caught in her own lie she snapped off at my wife which in turned made my wife snap back at her. I’m also wondering how if she didn’t send any documents to her about paystubs, how they got ahold of them because they never contacted my job. I’m a truck driver, I’ve already confirmed that with the company. They log any communications. So that makes me wonder a lot about this humane department. Plus they take forever to get insurance stuff situated! And won’t communicate for anything! What a joke!

1 /5 Joshua Schwartz: Never answers the phone. Most of the time you just get hung up on. Been trying to get a hold of them for 2 months and still no answer or call back. Offer services then dont even provide said services. They simply dont care and never will.

5 /5 Autumn Everson: I spoke to Mr. Moore this morning. Ive been calling for over 2 months. Could never get through to nobody. As soon as he got my message he got right back to me. I couldnt thank him enough and he answered every question I had for him. I am very pleased with Mr. Moore. If you ever need to speak to anybody, I highly recommend asking to talk to him. Hes not even my caseworker and did an excellent job #teammrmoore

1 /5 Kim Lehman: Im with a lot of you people on here if I could give no stars thats what I would Give. Trying to get them to help you as a joke they say they will and then months later after you cant get ahold of them and go in the office they give you some lame excuse. I Work at an event center so it is pretty much seasonal, you get 20 hours in the off-season if you are lucky, but they seem to use my pay from all year to get me rejected. I am full Blown diabetic and take 3 insulins, and still cannot get them to help. One year later... still no insulin

1 /5 Sharon Bubblegum: TERRIBLE service on the phone, what happened to the quickness and helping of the people calling when it’s urgent?! please do better and stop putting me on hold every second, I got a call back and was immediately PUT ON HOLD after being told “I wouldn’t have to wait no longer than 20 minutes” ITS ALWAYS AN HOUR OR TWO THAT IM WAITING (EDIT) CLOSE THIS PLASE DOWN, it’s rare if they pick up the phone because they’ll run around in circles with you and act like they have no clue how to help and catch the biggest attitude with you for asking questions on why they’re not doing the job right and they have a habit of hanging up on you MULTIPLE of times
