1 /5 Don Pablo: I feel I am being ignored when all I want is an update on my case and why I didnt have the phone interview I was supposed to have. I may have messed up my case, but I have left 2 voicemails to my caseworker and not a peep so far. Not to mention the garbage app that if it was a house of cards would have been made out of wet mud. And our taxes go to pay for this mistreatment.

1 /5 Michael C: Do not call them. They have so much unnecessary information before reaching the menu, then they tell more unnecessary information after selecting an option, only to be told all lines are busy and to call back later. It took a literal 5 mins to reach that point. And they dont have call waiting or an answering machine. FINE, I wont report changes to my income.

1 /5 Tricia Ritz: You simply can never talk to a human. No matter what prompt you press in the main menu, it transfers you, puts you on hold, then disconnects. This is shameful, people need help!
