1 /5 Aza Quinn: Cost 500$ to get my taxes done. Never, ever been charged that much. The representative was lovely, but whoa. If I’m being silly someone tell me if this is normal.

3 /5 Felicia Duritsky: Ive been getting my taxes done here for the last two years and this is the first year I’ve ever done referrals. Well here I am over a month later and still didn’t get my referral money. I was told it’s be in my email, nope and then I was told it’d be mailed to me in a check, nope. I’m upset because I loved getting my taxes done with Jackson Hewitt but this is a big issue, don’t promise people money and not pay.

5 /5 Joseph Ulderich: I have used Jackson hewitt tax services for about 10 years without any problems the staff is always friendly and thay dont. Even complain if you are late thay c u anyway this is by far the best space to get your taxes done thay r quick and hassle free

1 /5 Margaret Winter: My taxes this year have been an absolute nightmare!!! I made an appointment in February to get my taxes done at the Connellsville location. We went in at our scheduled time and the lady was helping someone else. We waited 30 minutes after our appointment time before asking the lady if it was almost our turn. She then gave us an attitude. We then went to the Greensburg location where the lady filed our taxes, but didnt ask the necessary questions and messing up our taxes. A week later we got a letter saying our state taxes were messed up. I have since called different locations multiple times including talking to 2 different managers. They said they would call me back. It is now April and I have not received a call back and they will no longer answer my calls! This is a terrible place to get your taxes done!!! Save yourself the time, money, and headache and go somewhere else!!!!
