1 /5 Kati Knowles: My husband and I were referred to Forte but our former tax accountant that retired. We will not be back. After a month of waiting, I called on a Monday to check on our taxes. Chelsea said to call back Friday because they would be prepared then. I called that Friday, they were still not done. I then called the following Friday. Chelsea and the receptionist had a field day tossing me around playing phone tag. When I finally spoke to the accountant he talked down to me as if I dont handle familys finances. Then when I went to pick up my taxes, Chelsea and the receptionist made jabs at me when I came to pick up my taxes. Completely rude and unprofessional. Grow up ladies.
