1 /5 Thomas Krepps: Has to be the worst customer service I ever dealt with and I have comcast. Called my personal agent 8 times in the last 4 weeks and emailed her 3 times, zero response. Called the 800 number to speak with someone, no one ever answers. Leave a call back number and have yet to recieve a call back. So far I left a call back number 3 or 4 times. Im not sure what itll actually take to talk to someone.

1 /5 Bob Satterfeild: I had a policy in effect sinse a child and my parents were told that it would be paid in full at a certain age. Well that didnt happen. Im now 61 and Im still paying on it, and I was just informed that they cancelled my policy due to not making sufficient payments. I followed their computers prompts and paid MORE than it said and they say it wasnt enough and terminated my policy on my 61st birthday!!! Im getting a lawyer!
