1 /5 Nathan Paul: Very poor service. They charge me $120 of my own Veterans disability pension, which is $3,100 a month, to mail me a check, to my palm springs po box, once per month, and then pay my car payment bills like a month late,for 3 years straight. Sometimes the car loan bank calls me saying check is 3 months late. My credit score was about 700 before the veterans administration rated me incompetent, and this pay service hijacked my income, now my credit score is like 500 and I cant even get an apartment, or new car every year, like I used to. And I became homeless a few months after this company took control of my income, or came between me and the direct deposit, and I had all of my bills set up to come out of my account and had paperless discount. This place is like from medieval times and unreliable they use paper checks, unreliable and risky paper mail through us postal service, old phone answering system. I call and leave emails, a month later still no callback or response. This is what I risked my life and fought for my country for, in war?

1 /5 Ed Stevens: Reliable Payee Services is registered as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. That said, they ILLEGALLY take fees for being a Payee organization to "Comply" with SSA and VA requirements. Horrible communication. Constant disrespect. I have to fight to get any extra money. They wont share the expenditures with me. I would give zero star if I could.

4 /5 Jackie Marie: I have had to live on $75: a week , it took me literally from Dec 1 , 2023 to April ,2024 of me asking over and over for my money to replace my broken phone they do take out a fee of my money to mail me a check I do not get any statements of what I have each month . Thumbs up it was impossible to receive a call back from them leaving messages upon messages somehow I ended up not having anything saved through this whole time I have been trying to play catch up with groceries personal needs etc since day one until this day September 20 but recently here for the last couple months didnt call backs had been awesome usually the same day or the next day I will receive response get money has become so much easier I have been able to call them tell them what I need how much and they have sent the check out that day or if not by the next day so they have been more enjoyable and more easier to work with so I have to give them a higher. There are still a little something that need to be worked on getting statements each month for how much and where my money being spent how much is saved but I do have a lot less complaints towards them I hope they keep on improving and doing a better job . I do not give a statement saying where my money went what bills are paid what they keep up for me I have requested all months since and was expressed she couldnt I honestly think I have not proven yet I am in the process that money of mine is missing it doesnt add up right .

2 /5 AJ Knott: Unfortunately this business is not great. I say unfortunately b/c I would hope a business that the disabled community relies on would be better. Communication is the biggest problem here. It is nearly impossible to reach them. They rarely even really answer the phone, but you are routed to your rep and are forced to leave a VM. They are the rep payee for my 24 year old daughter, and I have a hard enough time reaching them, I can only imagine how difficult it would be for a person who is high functioning enough that they deal with them directly when they need money. And the hours are a part of the problem. The website says M-F, 7-3:30, which is not true. They are open 9am-4pm, except on Fridays when they are open 9-noon! Noon! Those are worse that doctor’s office hours. For someone who “supports the community”, they sure do it on a very limited capacity. They do get a star for sending her bi-monthly checks to her almost all the time. I guess thats something. Two others to try are Ursuline and Carefree.

1 /5 Mitchel Graham: I have delt with 2 other places prior in the past, this being the third, and they are not reliable at all to begin with. After checks not showing up in the mail, I called them. They given me problems about mailing out replacements to begin with, I read another review on here, and that woman is telling the truth. I only reach voicemail as well 9/10 of the time. They charge $50 for each check mailed, including the ones I first thought were stolen, and this continued to happen. I even mean the replacement checks for the supposed that were not coming. Due to this I showed up to pick up one of the checks at their location. The VA which is the place I receive my military comp from, specifically told me they chose this place in order to be able to do this if needed, and they tried calling the police on me. Since this become a problem as well, and I felt that the checks were not being stolen at this point, I changed the address to a relatives, where I also received mail at since a child. Checks were still missing. No one knew about the address change, and it confirmed there was much more probability they were never sent. When I told reliable payee services this they told me I needed to get a PO box. I been cutting shirts up to clean my kid, since I dont even have wipes, as well as washing his urine soaked clothes and bed sheets with dish soap since I cant get him diapers or laundry soap, using dish soap. How could I provide myself with a PO BOX!?... I have had to pay late fees, had unpaid bills cause termination, and after not having services had to pay reactivation fees as well, causing me to have even less money when I do. Then I received a print out of what I supposedly spent, AND THERE WAS NUMEROUS THINGS CHARGED ON IT THAT NEVER EXISTED! This place should be shut down. I believe they dont want to give the people their money because they feel its more important to leave all of it together in an account to collect interest, which is more important than taking care of the disabled people they are to take care of. I could be wrong that they want to collect interest on it,but and just be robbing people, making it look legal, but I know I shouldnt have thousands sitting in an account, and, not, be, able, to, even, afford a roll of toilet paper... I even have emails and bank statements to support what Im saying. I am also perfectly fine with an attorney calling me about this as well, cause this place does nothing more than hurt people that already are hurt to begin with, maybe just have something against military vets, or maybe just greed, not exactly sure the reasons. Place needs shut down.
