5 /5 Michele Swank: I love all the employees at M&T Bank Shamokin. Doreen is my favorite tho. She is always smiling and cheerful. She always greets me by name when I come into the bank and always asks if there is anything else she can do for me.

1 /5 B K: Stopped by on a Friday around 4:40 pm figuring, no big deal to open a new checking account. Upon entering none of the employees until the last till gave any acknowledgement (had to say something to be noticed) and it seemed like the atmosphere was unwelcoming from the start. Stated the purpose to the visit and was advised unfortunately they close in ten minutes so I would have to make an appointment to return for an account opening. Not sure why I was given incorrect information considering there was still 15-20 minutes left before closing time and I had no other availability. Shame nothing was mentioned about online services either, which I found out about after the fact. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this bank and will be looking into somewhere else local to open an account that is more welcoming and accommodating.

1 /5 Frank Weber: So me and my wife has been cashing checks for about 2 years. Melissa said I need to open a business account and I was like ok let’s do it and she still denied us lol it’s all good. We still was able to cash. Just sad what people do with authority because how you denied me , with customer service on the phone they too hers her say no and not have a reason. So yea ima try my best to get her removed. Need someone that won’t abuse there authorities when I’m certain position. I think what makes me mad is that I was here last week to cash a check same way and they cashed it . So please believe someone will have to answer to someone about this situation
