5 /5 Richard Ross: I have something to say about one name financial cranberry I got a loan from them and a month later one of the creditors that was agreed in the contract. It’s still not happening finally today. It happened, but what they did was not pay the full amount so the way I see it we had to make the payment so they did not pay what the loan contract called for. I called to discuss this with them in cranberry and he did nothing but give me a really hard time and was arrogant and nasty and then he told me he would transfer me to customer service and they hung up. I don’t think that’s too cool so now I can call customer service on Monday. It still remains to be seen will they pay me what the loan amount was for that they did not pay off? These are not nice people.

1 /5 Kieran: Ive had a loan through OneMain for almost 2 years now with auto pay set up and for the first year I never had a problem. But randomly they started pulling out my loan during my off week causing my bank to overdraft. I called after the second time and they said they would change it. After the third overdraft I call back and the lady had the nerve to argue with me and tried to get me to keep autopay. Then rudely said, "Well if you want to turn it off youll have to come in and file the paperwork". I was speechless, a month prior I was speaking to a rep about getting an additional loan to renovate my home. All I can say is that it wont be through them

3 /5 Grandma Wentworth: Well the first time wasn’t so hard to get a loan through them. Called last week on Wednesday or Thursday and here it is I still have not heard anything but when I did online I was pre approved . All I can say I will not try again and I hope they don’t send any emails the says I’m eligible cause I will be calling them out
