Rachel Miller Ashley is fantastic! My car was totaled last month and I dealt with Progressive directly for my claim. However, when it came time to shop for a new car, Ashley was incredibly patient and helpful. I sent her a handful of VINs and she was able to give me quotes on all the vehicles before I even test drove them. It made the process of buying a new car VERY helpful. Any issues I encountered he confirmed what I experienced then documented them to improve the next user experience.
