If you find yourself in this kind of situation, seriuosly consider using FAIFS instead of filing for Bankruptcy. Stay away from the larger firms that deal with creditors, the people at FAIFS deal with you on a personal basis and actaully care about their clients.

p Simms This place is great. Its mostly for people who are in a pinch or have bad to medium credit. They were super friendly and have always been awesome with me. The only down side is that the interest is high so youre better off paying it back quickly, rather than drag it out on minimum payments. Brian and Heather are awesome and I would definitely recommend them. I would go back here if I ever needed to. Thank you One Main for helping me out on my time of need! I sincerely appreciate it.
