1 /5 Clint Wimer: I applied for a mortgage with this company and Ive received over 90 spam calls in the 4 days since. They are obviously more interested in sharing your information than lending you money. I wont be using any company that operates like this. Dont trust them!

Ryan was very attentive and readily available to make the entire process as smooth/painless as possible. Some unforseen last minute closing issues came up with the seller and Ryan/Team were able to get things handled as quickly as possible leading to a successfull closing.

1 /5 Mia Devries: The Officer and the Processor hardly communicate with us. They ask for things they told us we didnt need, or repeatedly ask for things we dont have. They ask us for things they already have. As if theyre not listening to us. Simone asked me to fill something out, and refuses to send it to me. She refused to call me more than once or even leave a message. Their phones are down and shes refusing to give us a number to reach her on.
