I trust them to the fullest as they always have time for me. So happy we made the choice to work with them!

Char W I was depositing cash money into the drive thru atm when the machine malfunctioned and ate my money. I went to the branch to get this resolved and they told me that I would have to contact my bank. They would not be able to look at the tapes or balance to atm to see if there was an overage. Its PNCs crappy ATM. They should be able pull the video to see what happened and reimburse me right then and there.
