Melissa Davis I arrived at the office at 2:40 pm to be able to pay an occupancy application, and I needed the tax information, one of the ladies was very rude to me and did not want to assist me, she told another lady to help me. and she gave me the information in a hurry, they told me that the offices close on Fridays at 3pm, but on the entrance door and on the website it says that it closes at 4pm, I think they should better train people that provide customer service.

They said they didnt know me and were rude to me and made me sit and wait when I did not have to I have been coming there for a year-and-a-half but yet they said they didnt know me. I will not go in that Branch again ever
