1 /5 Jean B: The worse!!!! They charged me a fee per year and did not pick the phone once to speak with me about anything or any advice. Being it was a small amount of money they had from me, they sent me a letter stating it would be better to take my money out which I did to combine it with my other accounts that are with Fidelity. They then had the nerve to charge me another fee on this small amount of money stating it was a Pershing fee. I would not waste my time with them. They gave us bad information 5 years ago. That is why I switched to Fidelity. Check out other reviews.

1 /5 Peter Withheld: As others have stated, the fees are ridiculous. $150.00, out of nowhere after 15 years, on $300.00 in assets? Which they took by selling some of my shares after doing nothing for over a decade? Whether it’s your new policy or not, it’s a jerk move. Trying to get past their automated phone system is also impossible and half the time it hangs up on me unless I mash 0 as fast as possible. And then they wonder why people are moving to Robinhood and DIY wealth management systems that “offer no customer service or personalized attention.”

5 /5 Diane Kinney: My late husband was the investor. He was in banking and understood better then I how to make our money grow for retirement. When he passed away in 2014 it was a very dark time for me. I was not really able to deal with much for a while. I do not know what I would have done or where I would be right now if not for Andrew Patterson and Nellie! They held my hand every step of the way-and still do. They took care of the investments and helped me as we transitioned everything in to my name, set up disbursments, etc. I moved to another state-went south. But my money and my investments will be staying right where they are! This is a family based company who are client oriented. They take time to get to know you and work hard to see what works for each person-no cookie cutter investments for this firm. Glad my late husband picked the right firm-and person!

1 /5 Gordon Zernich: The change from Hefren-Tillotson to Baird wrecked the Sunday morning on-line, streamed radio podcast. For the average investor its fees are as high as the staff salaries. Good luck to the average guy.
