The volatility and the normal fluctuations of the markets can be nerve racking and/or emotionally distressing but I have been and continue to be confident in the Strategic approach, experience, attention to suitability requirements and hands on, 24/7, availability and communication. Craig Zachary Been trying to liquidate an account since November 22nd, 2017 after I received notice it would roll into an IRA. Company hasnt been able to deliver to address on profile originally, updated address on 12/28/17 after multiple failures getting to my address. Now its 1/11/18 and I had to call once again to figure out why I havent received payment. Gentleman on the phone had an attitude with me when I got annoyed that despite documentation sent to them to change my address - they still sent it to the old address. We will be going almost two months without receiving anything. I am glad I do not have to utilize this company for investment options anymore.
