Kim Bush In the middle of January I emailed Canale Insurance on a Sunday morning asking for a quote for home owner & vehicle coverage and expected a call or email sometime on Monday. Literally within a few minutes I received an email from Dave. Within a few days it was a done deal! He saved us THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS between home & vehicle insurance!! So, took it one step further and had them file our taxes and our daughters and it was very very reasonable for the cost! Stopped in to sign and pay and they took care of the rest!! Best part is they are right around the corner from our house!!! I have emailed Dave a few times for follow up questions and he’s always responded very quickly!!! Jonah Minkoff-Zern We worked with Joe for a few years. While he was patient working through various issues with us, it felt that he didnt have time to help in the end. Last year he made a mistake filing our taxes - which is OK - mistakes happen - but instead of taking the time to fix it or look into it, he put it back on me to try to figure it out when I received the notification from the State. It took a lot of time and effort for me to figure out what had happened (as Im not an accountant) and when he finally took the time to look and realized that he had made a not insignificant mistake - a mistake that led to us planing financially for a return that was much higher than our actual return; he didnt offer an apology - let alone a discount off a rate that somehow had increased by 50% from the previous year without warning (I found out when I received an invoice). Im sure for other accounts he could do better - for people with more knowledge of the tax system, etc. as I do think he is knowledgeable. It definitely was not a good experience for us in the end.

Carl L Jan 3, 2025-everything I said on 9/5/2024-is still true today and many other visits. 9/5/2024-Consistently excellent customer service since 1983, under different bank owners. Recent special mentions for current Mgr Mary, Ast Kim, cashier Anneth and yesterdays cashier that I did not get her name yet. Each of the above is always professional, friendly helpful and does their job well. Anneth, who I usually deal with is ALWAYS PLEASANT, and EFFICIENT. 3/19/2025 This banks team is ALWAYS a pleasure to deal with. ----------- Every single visit ALWAYS deal with EXCELLENT PEOPLE WHO DO THEIR JOB WELL AND MAKE BANKING HERE A PLEASURE.
