Jenna Dorsey I give 5 Star Bank Credit. Someone online offered to donate money to AuburnRox through cash app. They were able to then use that to get into my bank account and attempt to take money from it. 5 Star recognized this to be odd and shut it down. I’m still a bit leery of banks now, but they are always pleasant. The workers in the Auburn 5 Star bank have been nothing short of helpful and patient.

That Amateur Gaming Guy The only reason I even bank here is Michelle. She is always so kind and courteous to me. The very last thing I need is a rude teller like my last bank. Keep up the good work girls! Youre doing great.

KENIA BAEZ-PETERSON Ive been banking with Generations for almost 20 yrs. Always professional and happy to help especially Denise. If anyone deserves a praise and raise its her. With my multi accounts and my misunderstandings shes had to deal with...this lady is a rock star!!! Even My grandmother, who doesnt like anyone, will wait for Denise to help her bc of her excellent customer service.

shawn dibello Very disappointed in the way I was treated by the teller on the phone. I called about my account, when I tried to explain to the teller what happened I was cut off twice by her saying, “ I don’t care”. When I asked one other question I was told, “ Just keep an eye on your account”. I hung up and called the Grant Ave branch was treated a thousand times better and they even apologized for what the other teller said to me. I’ll most likely be closing all my accounts soon and going to a different bank. And yes I do know the ride tellers name and did provide it to the second branch.

Shout out to Michael Fronzek, commonly working at both the Auburn and weedsport branches. He had the upmost respect, professionalism and was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us. Jonah Minkoff-Zern We worked with Joe for a few years. While he was patient working through various issues with us, it felt that he didnt have time to help in the end. Last year he made a mistake filing our taxes - which is OK - mistakes happen - but instead of taking the time to fix it or look into it, he put it back on me to try to figure it out when I received the notification from the State. It took a lot of time and effort for me to figure out what had happened (as Im not an accountant) and when he finally took the time to look and realized that he had made a not insignificant mistake - a mistake that led to us planing financially for a return that was much higher than our actual return; he didnt offer an apology - let alone a discount off a rate that somehow had increased by 50% from the previous year without warning (I found out when I received an invoice). Im sure for other accounts he could do better - for people with more knowledge of the tax system, etc. as I do think he is knowledgeable. It definitely was not a good experience for us in the end.
