Rich Lang Great staff, decent mid level regional bank. Honestly it would be better if their Tech was more like the bigger banks. My current balance vs available balance rarely match. It’s a slow system… pending transactions are also finicky… otherwise they hold my money and if there ever is a problem its resolved fast and satisfactorily.

Kristen Smith Had nbt bank senice I was 6 years old my mom made a kids account for me so when I turn 18 it would help me with collage funds. So when I was 18 made new account as an grown up started having a Debt card and using it. it save my life because my cash keeps being stoleing so everything on card around. I carry that card in my hand 24/7. Also love nbt online banking helps me to know how much I can spend tell u how munch in your card. Only problem people like to hack my account. But I guess it happens to everyone not sure what to do about it. Also Like how bank texts and call To tell me if there there a hacker trying to use my card. Staff is friendly. The staff there takes time to help u out.

Kerry Demarest Anytime I have a client (Im a bookkeeper) who wants to change banks but remain local, I recommend CFCU. This has been the case even before they hired Shine who handles business accounts. But its Shine who is so helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable that makes me appreciate this bank so much Im writing a review. Since I only work with small businesses, its a fairly old-school concept that I get a real, dedicated person to assist with my accounts. It used to be like that with all the banks here, but that kind of relationship with a bank has been disappearing for years. Thank you Shine for all your help with all my clients all the time!
