Rich Lang Great staff, decent mid level regional bank. Honestly it would be better if their Tech was more like the bigger banks. My current balance vs available balance rarely match. It’s a slow system… pending transactions are also finicky… otherwise they hold my money and if there ever is a problem its resolved fast and satisfactorily.

Krystal Hansen-Heath Mr. Beason is very professional and understanding. He’s very responsive and explains things in a manner that you are able to comprehend along with leaving you feeling confident and knowledgeable.

Mary Sullivan The Tompkins Trust company has been my primary bank since I moved to Ithaca in 1966. Have briefly tried other banks but TCTC has the best locations and number of ATMs. They handled our mortgage , checking and home equity loans with courtesy and full disclosure.

Recent special mentions for current Mgr Mary, Ast Kim, cashier Anneth and yesterdays cashier that I did not get her name yet. Each of the above is always professional, friendly helpful and does their job well.
