I think I have a claim as Im laying up in my cold, dark home expecting all my food in refrigerator and freezer to go bad due to a winter storm! It took forever to speak with someone! Finally reached a person who sounded very confused, distanced, and choppy! Eventually, while explaining my situation, connection was discontinued and I didnt know she was no longer connected! Im thinking shed call me back! So far, nothing! Not sure if this company is even legit!

Wow could not believe that but it was exactly the CEO of Waffle Insurance company. It was the greatest experience I had with the big company have to tell you people.
