1 /5 Troy Hood: Ill just say this, was going to change my Broker Of Record to this agency, Ive had the exact same insurance , for 4 full years and got an e mail saying that after he looked at what i sent him he didnt feel comfortable getting involved with helping me, i tooki t as he was insinuating i was not legal. Ive been pulled into scale houses, audited by the state where my ifta is, and pay for my truck compliance. He didnt know about the way I had my insurance set up. Its hard for some people to say they just dont know. Then I called and asked for him, she said yes Ill get him then came back and said he was not there, i said what a joke and hung up the phone. He actually had the gull to call me back and scold me about hanging up the phone lol.
Ill hang the phone up on anyone at anytime i please, especially when youre playing Dodge ball with me. ABSOLUTELY NO WAY WOULD I USE THIS GUY, hes an insurance broker that thinks he runs people. And he apparently doesnt know whats what because like i said Ive been insured the way Im insured for 4 years now. ITS A CRAZY WORLD WE LIVE IN
