Any agent Ive ever contacted has been competent, helpful and talks to me like a human instead of a policy number. I just got off the phone with my new friend, Jacob. He noticed my policy was out of date and called me so we could fix this. He spent the better part of an hour on the phone with me going over what I had, what I needed to keep and what I could get rid of, as far as my policy goes. Jacob also gave suggestions on how I can lower my rate. Again... He spoke to me like another human. He was an absolute delight. Thank you, Allstate! And Jacob
