1 /5 Brittany Tuttle: I walked in and had questions about starting a new policy and the lady literally told me, sorry we can’t help you. Without even looking at my record or license or anything!! They were recommended and I will NEVER recommend them. Poor customer service.

1 /5 J Pryor: I am disappointed in the service I received from Rita when attempting to set up my two auto policies and homeowners. She came highly recommened and the price was lower than I was paying State Farm. So I switched. I didnt realize I was going to have to double check her work as she wrote one of my auto polices as a personal when in fact the vehicle was titled in my company name. I had no idea until I recevied notices from the DMV that my car was uninsured. I attempted to get their assistance, and they said they did all they could do. I ended up paying a $775 dollar fine to NYS because of their neglegance. They told me it was my fault for not noticing the policy was incorrectly written and I had no recourse against them. They listened to the recorded messages from our conversations and even though they couldnt figure out what they did wrong, I was help liable as it was my car. Poor service. Poor follow up. I realize this is just my experience, and Im sharing what I know ... and you can bet that was an expensive lesson to learn. Thank you RITA!!!

5 /5 Jamie Leonardi: Recently I was in a traumatizing car accident where I was injured and my car completely totaled. Maria and Sherry were very supportive through the process and always took my calls and followed up quickly. Despite so much evidence and supporting documentation that the other driver was completely at fault, my insurance co. assigned me partial liability for the accident. Maria worked with Mike to review all the documents of claim and as a result my insurance company changed their decision so I assumed no fault for the accident. Such excellent customer service is almost non-existent in most companies anymore. Thank you for caring about your customers!

I recently filed a claim with Kolcun Ins. for damage within my home, the matter was addressed immediately by the Kolcun Ins. team and a check was in the mail to cover our loss. 5 /5 anthony scordino: The ladys here are so sweet. Fast. One call, 5 minutes, the next day had amazing priced insurance compared to what I had. They are sweet, helpful, and do their jobs well. Id recommend.
