Joan Introzzi Last week I dropped of a gold and diamond ring for repair, needing two tiny diamonds set into my ring. Jay, the owner was professional and kind and fastidious about cleanliness. He took pictures and measured my ring and told me it would take two weeks. Five days later I got a call that it was ready and the ring that my grandson picked up for me was perfect! John Lynch I came in with my Son son who is looking for an engagement ring. Maui and his staff took the time to explain to my Son the types of diamonds and look a like diamonds and the pros and cons of each. The staff were very patient with a young man looking to take a big step in his life. They didnt try to push him just to make a sale. Maui is very patient and kind with all of his customers. My Son said it was a very comforting experience compared to other shops . He was very impressed with the knowledge and patients of Maui and his staff.
