Allen designed the most beautiful engagement ring for me, which was even better than I imagined. The design and craftsmanship are unmatched. We went back for a custom wedding band, and Helen nailed that one as well. I couldn’t be happier with the standalone ring or how perfectly it pairs with my engagement ring. I highly recommend Bianca to anyone in need of custom jewelry!

Suzanne McKellar My twin 8 year old grandsons bought watches at a thrift store, but the batteries were dead. I stopped in to Ross Jewelers to get batteries. The owner was so kind, changed the battery in the first watch and kindly explained why the missing "diamonds" couldnt be replaced (lol). Apparently the second watch was broken and a new battery wouldnt help. He asked my grandson to give him his wrist and he put a very nice looking watch (not new) on his wrist and left him beaming!! Then he refused payment!! He wouldnt let me pay for the battery or the watch!! This was such a generous act of kindness, I just want everyone know how he lit up the world for these little boys!!
