3 /5 Kaydence Lester: Its nice inside, the staff was nice and the piercing woman was very professional. I did my own research on the piercing I was getting but I was disappointing the piercer didnt warn me about things. Yes I knew I wouldnt be able to do certain things while they heal but dont you think you should tell someone before they pay and get the piercing. She only gave me the aftercare rundown after I was pierced and paid for it. Not sure if thats standard it was my first time. Also, my piercings are crooked. Enough so that I and my boyfriend could tell, and I didnt notice at the shop because she didnt give me a mirror to look at her markings she just went ahead and did it without asking about the placement. I shouldve said something but I was nervous and I trusted her. Overall a 6/10 experience, I would go back but Im just a little sad I paid so much and they ended up crooked.

This shop is ideal for the parent who wants to allow a teen piercing but wants a safe, clean and professional environment. Fair prices, transparent seller, takes time with customers to find exactly what they want. Never disappointed.

5 /5 Betty Lou: Ive been a Bodified customer for 22 years! I traveled from Syracuse to Oswego just for them! Heidi is the only person I trust for piercing. She took care of my teenage daughter today, just her ears, but my daughter is afraid of needles and she said Heidi made her feel so comfortable that it didnt bother her at all. I was so proud! The store itself has expanded since my last visit and she has just about everything you can think of too! Puffco accessories like custom glass tops and custom glass joystick replacements. I couldnt be happier with how amazing this store has gotten over the years! Friendliest and most comfortable vibe.

5 /5 Avery Mack: I got my third ear lobe piercing today (the top one), and had a great experience! The room was clean, Heidi was super friendly and explained the process as she did it. Good price and good options of various types of earrings. Would definitely go to her again.
