Johnny, the owner, answered most of my questions and agreed to find out more about things he was unsure of and get back to me, which he did the next day. During our conversations, I learned things I hadn’t known before that might have caused me to make the wrong purchase. Johnny’s knowledge and his honesty relieved whatever hesitation I still had about buying something, sight unseen, from a store on the other side of the country. I felt I could trust him and I was right. From the point of sale to the day of delivery, Johnny handled everything promptly and efficiently, giving me constant updates. The product proved to be everything he described and the appraisal he included assured me that I had made a wise choice. His idea to inlay my broken rings into a new ring was genius and it couldn’t have turned out better. The quality is as good as you’d expect from solid gold and lab grown diamonds. These are the most beautiful pair of earrings. I just want to stare at these all day. Kir If any shop deserves a BIG 5 star review its Jasons!! I dropped by on a whim looking for wedding bands for myself. He has a great selection at great prices! I loved the first one I put on, although it was several sizes too small. Jason was attentive, gave feedback, and was so accommodating - he is able to resize in ONE day. I went home and told my fiancé exactly where to go and what to get. Unfortunately, we were moving from NYC to CA that week and he never made it to Jasons. I went to several stores in CA trying to find something, but nothing compared to the ring from Jasons. Nervous with my big day approaching, I called Jason to see if he could overnight the ring to CA. He answered right away, got the ring resized and shipped the next day!! It was received with plenty of time in perfect sparkly condition. Jason, thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping fulfill my wedding dreams. I will always love this wedding band story!
