Looking at their offerings I was immediately taken with the level of workmanship and quality represented. I placed an online order for several additional pieces of their jewelry. In a perfect example of high-touch-customer service, I was immediately contacted via voice and text by Ariel and George that several of the pieces were back ordered due to popularity. We agreed this was acceptable and I was given an approximate timeline for delivery. I was again personally notified by George with updates to delivery timeline.
