5 /5 J C: "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there." It would not surprise me one bit if Shannon or one of her team suddenly popped up like in the commercials just from me typing that. That is the type of exceptional service that you receive from this agency. I initially talked to Amajah, and knew instantly that this was an agency I wanted to do business with. Her professionalism coupled with her genuinely caring attitude made a great first impression. She actually took her time going through the intake with me, holding a real conversation, answering all my questions, and not just rushing me through like you get with most places. When I went to the office the next day to finish signing all the required documents, meeting with Shannon I received this same level of service. It wasnt just a rush to get me in and out. She was very welcoming and took the time to get to now me a bit, and to see if there was anything more she could do to help me. Not just trying to sell me more products, but genuinely wanting to better serve me. Ive never experienced this level of service with any insurance company Ive dealt with over the years. Youd be hard-pressed to find this level of service in any industry. Every time Ive had occasion to speak with Shannon or Amajah it has always been a pleasure, so much so that whenever someone cuts me off in traffic there is a tiny part of me thats a bit disappointed I didnt get bumped just enough to have to make a call to them. Most importantly they worked with me to make sure I had everything I needed, and to get me the best possible prices for my coverage. Shannon was also helpful in giving me information on how I can get further discounts on my policy. She wasnt just out to make the most money possible off of me, which is what my experience has been in the past with other companies. All that said I can see myself doing business with this agency for a long time.

5 /5 Catherine King: From the moment I stepped into Shannons state farm location, I just KNEW I made the right decision to pick her as my car insurance agent. Based on my sons Word, about Shannon, that was enough for me to choose Shannon. Yet my own experience, based on just a few days of our contact , my thought was a "YES!, I made the right choice!" For me, I want to see, speak and know my agent for "peace" . God forbid, I need to call Shannon. Right from the first phone call i made to Shannon, she already gave me personal service. If you are looking for price, what she quotes you, is competitive. If you are looking for personal service, she sets the bar.

I decided to transfer all of my State Farm policies over to Shannons office. I am so glad that I did. I really appreciate her knowledge, communication skills, reliability, and pleasant demeanor.
