5 /5 Steven Colon: JESSY is the best!!!! She’s attentive and very helpful. Always looking for what’s best for me and I appreciate her so much! Never had an issue with this company and as long as I have my TLC I will continue to do everything with them.

1 /5 Lucky Ahmed: The girl that works there is just awful and loud. The way she behaves is simply unexplainable and bet they will lose a lot of customers. Their service was great when Jeff worked there but now it has became trashy. Skip this place and find another decent Broker.

1 /5 Brianne: This could be American transits fault and not Royal bay directly but I’m a frustrated pickle. I paid in full to renew my insurance but I still can’t work or drive my car. Uh, I have to work and I have bills to pay. I don’t want to risk getting pulled over and not having my insurance. Perhaps nobody should pay in full because now I’m getting the run around. I keep calling and calling but I’m not getting my renewed insurance. I dropped 3800 for my insurance that I haven’t received.

1 /5 Weliveinfantacy Prayfortheinnocents: I have had my insurance with them for 5+ years now but at this point I’m just tired of how narcissistic this Jessey Girl has become. She definitely has lost her ways, for some reason this girl always seems upset and miserable. Shes always rude and screams, she’s got some serious issues. So I’m going to look for some other broker starting next year. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

1 /5 tito rodriguez: Nothing but headaches with dealing with this company for tlc insurance. There online system can have an issue they told me the issue was on my side, so i kept attempting to make payments for the same month. After there system was worked out all payment went thru 3 to 4 at the same time. They they tell me just use itnfor future payments. I tell them i rather not, then i was told they will reverse the extra payments. Week and a half later i still havent been refunded. I email and then im told the boss went on vacation and forgot to submit the refund. I wont be renewing with this type of company ever again. 2nd issue i get hit by a truck, non fault accident and they are clueless of who pays out medical bills. It delays my treatment i continue to get letters of medical bills not being and letters from actual insurance American transit that papers are missing so claim was denied. I keep calling and nothing was being done. Finally my lawyer gets involved after waiting 6 months for a nerv test to be approved. "Office was so much better when Jeff was the main person working there".
