Kirk has trained his staff well and you always get a live person to answer the phone and not some message during working hours. They are quick to respond to your requests. Great service is what we respect and great service is what we get! We have used Gail F. as our go to person if there is a problem or question and she always gets back to us very quickly. If we have an insurance issue We call and she handles everything for us. If she is not there then she has another agent assigned to help us. you cant get better service than that!
