John Thor Does anybody even work there no one answers the phones you get the one nice lady that is at the reception desk shes been there for years but when you try and talk to one of your caseworkers no one calls you back no matter how many times too small of a town too much elbow rubbing too much favoritism and just reading the other comments Im not alone Shannon Ward does not pick up the phone for anything got to love liberal New York

XI-_AKUMA BASE_-IX App doesnt work. The website keeps telling me to login in after logging in over and over. The customer service doesnt work and nobody answers the phone. Poor communication with emails also.
