5 /5 Marie Colla: Great experience at this branch today! Myself, 2 children and my grandchildren went for our 1pm appointment with Theresa. We were greeted immediately with a friendly welcome! As soon as Theresa was notified we were there she came to greet us along with Kelci. We needed some documents notarized which to my surprise was free of charge as a courtesy from Hudson Heritage credit union. Not only were we treated with professionalism, Theresa and Kelci were knowledgeable and as an extra bonus great with the babies! Marie C

The rate we were able to get was much lower than what was being offered at the dealership. Digital app is easy to use and makes it simple to transact across my accounts.
