Jeff Bell My father-in-law had his retirement account transferred by his ex-employer to Fidelity from another financial services company. It was a somewhat complex situation. We went into the Albany office and, although it took two hours, Lilien was very helpful and did everything that she could to help resolve the situation. Dealing with Fidelity can be complicated, but so far I have had only positive interactions with this local office.

Jessica Schifilliti I have been banking here since they opened the Cortland office. The staff are accomodating and friendly and the Global checking provides me with no service fee and cash back.

Suzanne in Service is wonderful, very personable and easy to work with. Manager Billy Jo has been beyond helpful as is the entire team there. We buy all of our equipment at the Fort Edward’s location and have our service completed there when needed. Top notch!!
